What is the procedure?
4D-lifting is a complex laser procedure combining four complementary stages that use different wavelengths – Er: YAG and Nd: YAG. Through their consistent application, visible tightening of the skin is achieved, reduction of visible lines and wrinkles and lifting of the sagging contour of the face.
Step by Step of 4D® Fotona Treatment
The first step in 4D-lifting is a unique patented Smooth-lifting procedure. The entire inner surface of the cheeks is treated for a long time with an Er: YAG laser to achieve firmness, improve the volume and restore the skin’s lost collagen. This reduces the depth of the nasolabial folds and marionette lines and restores the volume of the cheeks.
The second step uses a fractionated non-ablative Nd: YAG laser with unique FRAC3 technology. Through it, skin regeneration is achieved, and through microtraumas in the epidermis and dermis, collagen formation is stimulated. In this process, the integrity of the surface parts of the skin is not disturbed. Still, the procedure also affects surface changes – visible lines and wrinkles, dark spots, and small dilated capillaries.
